In this role, he partners with nonprofit organizations and growing businesses that rely on strong accounting operations and clear financial reporting to make informed decisions.

As an outsourced CFO, Tim works closely with executive leadership to oversee financial reporting, strengthen accounting processes, and build financial operations leaders can rely on. He takes a hands-on approach to every engagement, serving as an extension of the leadership team and breaking down complex accounting concepts so leaders clearly understand their options and next steps.

Tim has extensive experience working in complex nonprofit and business environments where accountability, scalability, and reliable financial systems are critical.
