Kent Collier joined Wegner CPAs, in 2013 and is currently a Tax Manager in Wegner CPAs’ Tax and Business Services Department.  Poised to lead the next generation of tax services to the Cooperative niche,  Kent works with the majority of the firms Worker-Cooperative clients and has extensive knowledge in application of Internal Revenue Code Section Subchapter T and the interplay with other areas of the tax code.
