The Importance of a 501C3s Public Support Test

February 15, 2022 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pmCST

$35

This training is aimed at 501(c)(3)’s who fill out Form Schedule A as part of their annual 990 reporting.  As a public charity most organizations are required to measure public support over a five-year period.  It is imperative that publicly supported charities have an understanding of Schedule A in order to continue as a public charity. The goal of this training is to dive deep into Schedule A with the hope that organizations can then be proactive instead of reactive regarding their public support test.

Learning Objectives

  1. Explore the theory behind the public support test
  2. Walk through Schedule A line by line for a deeper understanding of the two public support tests
  3. Discuss how Schedule A can be used as a planning tool for organizations
