Ready to turn bold ideas into real-world results? We’re looking for an energetic, curious, and creative Marketing Intern to join our team and get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This isn’t a “fetch coffee” internship-you’ll be a true contributor from day one.
As a paid Marketing Intern, you’ll help bring campaigns to life across digital, social, and brand channels. You’ll collaborate with experienced marketers, experiment with fresh ideas, and see your work directly influence how people discover and connect with our brand.
Primary duties:
- Assist with social media marketing, including content development, scheduling, and posting across platforms
- Support graphic design projects, including social media graphics, sponsorship ads, flyers, and updates to PowerPoint and proposal templates
- Assist with proposal preparation and formatting of client-facing materials
- Help coordinate tradeshows, recruitment events, and networking events, including preparing displays, managing marketing materials, and tracking registrations
- Support business development initiatives, including researching networking and speaking opportunities and assisting with speaker proposal drafts
- Assist with email marketing, including drafting newsletters, supporting A/B testing, and helping analyze campaign performance
- Maintain HubSpot contact data and lists to ensure accurate marketing and client information
- Support presentation development and marketing communications, including creating PowerPoint slides and drafting press releases
This is a 15-20 hour week position that can work remotely the majority of the time. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to travel to the Madison or Baraboo office as needed for in person collaboration meetings.
