Ready to turn bold ideas into real-world results? We’re looking for an energetic, curious, and creative Marketing Intern to join our team and get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This isn’t a “fetch coffee” internship-you’ll be a true contributor from day one.
As a paid Marketing Intern, you’ll help bring campaigns to life across digital, social, and brand channels. You’ll collaborate with experienced marketers, experiment with fresh ideas, and see your work directly influence how people discover and connect with our brand.
Primary duties:
- Social media (content, scheduling, posting)
- Graphic design (sponsorship ads, social media posts, flyers, updating PowerPoint templates, updating proposal templates)
- Proposal preparation
- Tradeshow and recruitment event coordination (displays, marketing materials)
- Networking event coordination (tracking, registrations, filling tables)
- Assisting with PVP implementation (as needed, could include things like tracking opportunities, researching networking events or speaking opportunities, helping to draft speaker proposals, etc.)
- HubSpot (routine data maintenance and clean up, updating lists with current client info)
- Email marketing (drafting newsletters, A/B testing, and analyzing results with assistance)
- Presentation assistance (creating PowerPoints or speaker materials for external presentations)
- Drafting press releases
This is a 15-20 hour week position that can work remotely the majority of the time. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to travel to the Madison or Baraboo office as needed for in person collaboration meetings.
