Position Mission: Under the direction of the Department Partner this position will support the Baraboo office with a variety of administrative tasks. This is a full time position working onsite at our Baraboo office.

How will you achieve this mission?

  • Manage document distribution for clients
  • Assist with client scheduling
  • Assist department partner with logistics of ongoing personnel workload and scheduling
  • Responsible for office mail; ingoing and outgoing
  • Confidential form administration
  • Tax return assembly
  • Report running and distribution

What do you need to achieve this mission?

  • 4 year degree or 5 years of relevant experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Positive, team player attitude
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be agile and flexible
  • Excellent phone skills
