CPA Exam Resources & Reimbursement

We reached an exclusive agreement to purchase your study materials and pay for the first of each of your four exam fees. We will also pay for the license application fee and ethics exam.

Health Insurance

Group health insurance coverage is available for employees working 30+ hours per week. Wegner CPAs contributes to the employee’s premium costs.

Dental Insurance

Group coverage is available for employees working 30+ hours per week. Wegner CPAs contributes to employee’s premium costs.


Group coverage is available for employees working 30+ hours per week.

Long-term and Short-term Disability

This coverage assists in replacing income if you are sick or injured and cannot work.

Life Insurance

The firm pays employee’s life insurance premium for $50,000.00 of coverage. Eligible employees include those employees who work 17.5+ hours per week, have completed six months of continuous employment and meet the plan requirements. Employees are allowed to purchase additional life insurance at their own expense.

Vacation Time

Regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for vacation leave. For new employees, vacation time is prorated the first year of employment. Vacation is calculated on an employment year of January 1st to December 31st.

Sick Time

All regular full time employees and regular part-time employees accrue sick time with each pay period.

401(k) Plan

Regular employees completing six months of continuous employment prior to an enrollment date are eligible to participate in the Wegner CPAs Retirement Plan. The firm will match 50% of the first 6% of employee deferment.

Tuition Reimbursement

Employees working 30+ hours weekly and have completed one year of continuous service are eligible for tuition reimbursement program.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

The firm offers participation in a FSA Plan for those employees who work 17+ hours per week. The plan is offered to new employees the first of the month after 30 days. The FSA Plan allows employees to pay insurance premiums, medical expenses and dependent care costs on a pre-tax basis (saving employees social security taxes.)
