Undeliverable W-2s: An IRS Reminder

What must you do if you make every effort to deliver a W-2 but it is still returned as undeliverable?

IRS says you must keep employee copies for four years.

However, if the undelivered W-2 can be produced electronically through April 15th of the fourth year after the year you issued it, you do not need to keep the paper copy.
