Katy Mering, CPA has been practicing public accounting since 1981. She joined the firm of Fishkin Horman & Associates in 1988. She became a member of the Wegner LLP, CPAs & Consultant’s staff in 1997 when the firms merged.

Katy has significant experience with individual tax compliance and planning and specializes in providing financial and tax planning services to:

Katy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She serves as a board member of the Baraboo Community Scholarship Corporation, board member and treasurer of the Baraboo Riptide Swim Team, and board member and treasurer of the south central Wisconsin Planned Giving Council. Katy received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
